This course is an intensive retreat and is part of the progressive curriculum of study and meditation that Lama Jigme Rinpoche has been leading for the last four years. It is for anyone who wishes to deepen their practice. It allows practitioners to acquire the foundations necessary to practice and train in Chenrezig meditation. It is made up of study themes and meditations to apply and based on the progressive curriculum laid out by Shamar Rinpoche. Between courses, participants train in applying the instructions they have received. The content of each meeting depends on the evolution of the group. Therefore, it is not announced in advance.
