We will continue the cycle of meditation retreats with the guidance of Lama Jigme Rinpoche. The goal of these retreats is to give us the means to acquire a correct understanding of ourselves and the world and to train in authentic meditation.

Over the course of these days, Rinpoche gives practice instructions and guides meditation sessions. This course is accessible for beginners as well as those who already practice meditation.
