Lama Jigme Rinpoche is guiding, for the sixth year, the study and meditation curriculum designed by Shamar Rinpoche.
This curriculum is intended for everyone who wishes to deepen their practice. It enables participants to progressively establish the foundations required for Chenrezig meditation and, in time, to actualize that practice.
The cycle unfolds through three intensive retreats per year. Each retreat combines study themes to be learned with meditations to be applied. Between retreats, participants are asked to train by putting the instructions into practice. The content of each meeting is adjusted according to the development of the participants’ practice.
Lama Jigme Rinpoche guides the overall dynamic of each retreat. Students trained by Khenpo Chödrak Rinpoche provide support, particularly regarding the philosophical aspects.
