DESCRIPTION:Jigme Rinpoche guides this study and meditation curriculum laid out by Shamar Rinpoche for the sixth year.\nThis curriculum is for all those who wish to deepen their practice and will allow them to progressively acquire the necessary foundations for training in Chenrezig meditation and\, one day\, actualizing it. \nThe cycle takes place over the course of three intensive annual retreats. It is made up of themes to learn and meditations to apply. Between courses\, participants are asked to train in applying the instructions they have received.
