The third year of the progressive cycle of study and meditation initiated by Lama Jigme Rinpoche is for all those who wish to deepen their practice. It allows each of us to acquire the necessary foundations to carry out Chenrezig meditation and to train in this. It is made up of study topics and meditations to practice and is based on the progressive curriculum laid out by Shamar Rinpoche. The contents of each meeting depends on the development of the group.

Due to the current state of the pandemic, the second course of this year’s curriculum will take place via streaming. We invite each participant to organize this seven-day retreat at home. Several sessions a day will allow you to listen to Jigme Rinpoche’s teachings, follow the presentations on Entry to the Path of the Panditas, and participate in Chenrezig rituals on Dhagpo’s YouTube channel. Furthermore, times specifically dedicated to meditation are planned in each day’s program. This cycle—intended for committed practitioners—remains open to anyone who wishes to follow it in part or as a whole.

The Online Program:

• 7–8 am: Chenrezig Practice up through Mantra Recitation
• 9:30–11 am: Teaching from Jigme Rinpoche
• 11:30am–12:30pm: Meditation (Guided Meditation Available for Those Who Wish)
• 2:30–4 pm: Presentation on Entry to the Path of the Panditas
• 4:30–6:30 pm: Study and Meditation (Guided Meditation Available for Those Who Wish)
• 8:30–9:30 pm: Chenrezig Practice from the Mantra Recitation through the Conclusion of the Ritual
