Chenrezig Curriculum: Year 9, Course 1 Lama Jigme Rinpoche guides this study and meditation curriculum laid out by Shamar Rinpoche. It is intended for those who wish to deepen their practice and progressively acquire the foundations needed for training in Chenrezig meditation and, one day, actualising it.
