Based on observation of our situation, we become aware of our inner wealth and all that hinders it. By relying on the explanations that we have received, we cultivate the quality of presence to ourselves and others. By way of a progressive dynamic of teachings, guided meditations, and opportunities for exchange, Lama Jigme Rinpoche shows us how we can cultivate qualities that enrich our daily lives and support the path toward enlightenment beginning with ourselves.
