In January we started to share the last video of Shamar Rinpoche from 2014 which he gave shortly before his death in Renchen-Ulm. In this teaching, he gave a complete overview of Lojong, according to the 5th Shamarpa.
The video will be shared every last Sunday of a month.
The next dates will be March 31st, April 28th, and May 26th
