The 35-Buddha Practise with Mandala Offerings by Trehor Lama
According to Shamar Rinpoche’s advice Trehor Lama will give further explanations about the 35-Buddha Practice. This is a powerful purification practice, followed by mandala offerings to accumulate merit. Trehor Lama will explain both, will practise together with us and will clarify questions. Die 35 Buddha Praxis hilft uns, Geistestrübungen zu reinigen und gleichzeitig positive Eindrücke im Geist anzusammeln. Diese Praxis bezieht sich auf ein Sutra von Buddha Shakyamuni und ist auch Bestandteil des Mahayana Sojong. Bereits 2004 hat Shamar Rinpoche die 35-Buddha Praxis als vorbereitende Übung für weiterführende Meditationspraktiken empfohlen.
